DR Series dye sublimation ribbon printing calender is the perfect option for the production of ribbons and striped fabrics. Able to produce Impeccable vibrant prints on to rubber, ribbon, grosgrain, belt lining and bed sideband amongst many other narrow tape width materials. Areas of use include home textile, advertisement labelling, underwear, lanyards and multi-use decorative ribbon based applications.
The cylinder is made of high-quality ST44 draw steel pipe material and has a ground surface. Optionally, the cylinder surface can be coated with chrome or Teflon to make it more durable and long-lasting. The cylinder contains a heating unit consisting of three parts, and the drum is filled with transfer oil, which balances the internal pressure of the cylinder. The temperature sensor placed on the surface of the cylinder provides more accurate temperature measurements and results in better printing outcomes. The maximum operating temperature and temperature limitations can be easily adjusted via the touch screen panel. As a result, this cylinder is a high-quality product made of premium materials and advanced features. The fail-safe key mechanism, temperature sensor, and touch screen panel provide easy and safe operation.
All of our machines use 100% Nomex felt reinforced with Kevlar material, specifically designed for industrial use. These felts are non-stretchable and have a long lifespan, typically lasting between 1 to 3 years depending on usage. The machines are equipped with an automatic felt centering system to prevent any shifting of the felt to the left or right. This system operates pneumatically and is supported by an air compressor. In the event of a loss of air pressure, the machine will automatically slow down to protect the felt and allow it to advance and retract for cooling. This system is highly effective in tensioning and centering the felt, and eliminates the need for operators to constantly adjust the felt. It also saves time and improves efficiency in operation.
